Description:
Eplus3D M250 filter cartridges are dedicated filter elements engineered for M250 series metal 3D printing equipment made by domestic manufacturer Eplus3D.
Designed in accordance with EN 779 / ISO 16890 standards, this product reaches F9 filtration grade with ≥85% particle counting efficiency for particles ≥0.4μm and initial resistance ≤150Pa. Its dimensions precisely match the M250 filter chamber to guarantee tight sealing and eliminate bypass leakage.
Core Technical Advantages:
Custom optimized for domestic printers: Filter media is selected and optimized to fit the exhaust system characteristics of Eplus3D M250 printers, lowering operating resistance while maintaining high filtration efficiency.
Standard cylindrical structure: Two standard sizes φ324×600mm and φ324×660mm are available with six-lug chuck interface for effortless installation. Non-standard customized sizes can be supplied upon request.
High-performance filter media: Imported composite fiber filter paper delivers superior filtration accuracy and large dust holding capacity. Optional PTFE membrane lamination greatly improves ash cleaning performance.

Case & Data Verification:
Case: Application of Eplus3D M250 Filters at a Mold Manufacturing Enterprise
A mold manufacturer adopts Eplus3D M250 printers to fabricate conformal cooling molds from tool steel. The original OEM supporting filters carry high procurement costs. After switching to domestic replacement F9 filters, the measured initial pressure drop is 140Pa, which only rises to 210Pa after 800 hours of printing. The finished molds achieve required surface finish without fume-related defects, and filter procurement costs are cut by roughly 30%.
FAQ
Q1: Can Eplus3D M250 filters be replaced with other brands?
A: Generic filters of similar dimensions can be used as substitutes, yet filters specially designed for M250 are recommended to ensure precise dimensional matching and reliable sealing. Some imported cylindrical filters have close outer sizes but differ in sealing interfaces.
Q2: Are M250 and M300 filters interchangeable?
A: M250 normally adopts φ324×600mm while M300 uses longer cartridges; they are not fully interchangeable. Confirm your machine model and filter chamber depth before ordering.
Q3: What performance gap exists between domestic printer filters and imported counterparts?
A: Domestic replacement filters equipped with same-grade imported media deliver basically equivalent key indicators including filtration efficiency and pressure drop compared with imported original filters.
Q4: Is PTFE membrane lamination available for this filter?
A: Yes. Membrane-coated F9 filters feature smooth powder-repellent surfaces with excellent ash cleaning performance, ideal for heavy-load printing scenarios. Specify membrane coating requirement when placing orders.
