Description:
FS421/FS621 filter cartridges are dedicated filter elements custom-designed for FS421 and FS621 series metal 3D printing equipment. Designed to comply with EN 779 / ISO 16890 standards, this product achieves F9 filtration grade, with ≥85% counting efficiency for particles ≥0.4μm and initial resistance ≤150Pa. Built with high dust-capacity filter media, it is compatible with the backblow cleaning system of 3D printers to extend filter service life.

A: PTFE membrane coating is optional. Membrane-coated filters deliver superior ash cleaning performance and longer service life, recommended for customers with heavy printing loads and strict uptime requirements.
Q3: What requirements do printer backblow systems impose on filter cartridges?
A: Backblow systems require filters to possess sufficient compressive strength to avoid deformation under pulse airflow impact. This product adopts heavy-duty inner support frames and has passed pulse fatigue testing.
Q4: Is backblow parameter recalibration required after filter replacement?
