Tie rod flame-retardant antistatic filter cartridges are provided with a central through hole for tie rod installation. During assembly, the tie rod runs through the cartridge, and nuts or quick-release handles compress the end caps to fix the filter inside the filter chamber. This connection structure features compact layout and adjustable compression force, widely applied to upgraded SLM 280 machines, high-end continuous production equipment and certain aerospace-grade devices.

This product adopts asymmetric sintered filter media technology with flame retardants and conductive fibers blended in one piece, achieving UL94 V-0 flame retardancy grade and surface resistance ≤10⁹Ω. Complying with EN 1822 standard, it reaches H13-H14 filtration grades with filtration efficiency of ≥99.95%–99.995% for 0.3μm particles. The sintered plate structure enables a service life up to 20,000 hours, greatly cutting replacement frequency.
