Description:
Three-lug chuck antistatic filter cartridges adopt a three-lug chuck (also known as triangular chuck) as the mounting interface, which can be locked or unlocked by rotating 90 degrees. This type of interface is widely applied to the gas circulation systems of small and medium-sized SLM printers, featuring convenient installation and reliable sealing.
Conductive carbon fiber layers are embedded in the filter media or carbon-impregnated surface treatment is adopted, keeping the surface resistance stably within the safe range of 10⁶–10⁹Ω. Complying with EN 1822 / ISO 16890 standards, the filtration efficiency reaches grades from F9 to H13, with interception efficiency of ≥85%–99.95% for 0.3–0.4μm particles. The filter cartridge features a three-layer composite structure: an outer stainless steel mesh for static dissipation, a middle PTFE membrane layer for precision filtration, and an inner high-strength support layer to guarantee structural rigidity.
