Description:
Quick-clamp antistatic filter cartridges adopt quick-opening V-clamps as mounting interfaces. Stainless steel quick clamps fasten filter end caps tightly against equipment ports. Each clamp is fitted with a handle for tool-free rapid locking and release, featuring fast assembly & disassembly and reliable sealing performance.
The filter media receives composite flame-retardant and antistatic treatment with carbon powder embedded on the surface for static conduction, achieving surface resistance ≤10⁹Ω. Compliant with EN 1822 standard, it reaches H13 filtration grade with ≥99.95% capture efficiency for 0.3μm particles and initial resistance ≤220Pa.
