Threaded screw-in antistatic filter cartridges are fitted with external or internal threads on end caps, which can be directly screwed into the threaded ports of equipment filter chambers. It is widely applied to new-generation SLM 280 equipment and some high-end customized machines, and will not loosen under vibration after installation.

The filter media undergoes flame-retardant and antistatic composite treatment with carbon powder conductive layer embedded on the surface. It can timely dissipate static electricity generated by accumulated metal particles on the filter surface, reduce metal powder activity and improve operational safety. Complying with EN 1822 standard, it achieves H13-H14 filtration grades with filtration efficiency of ≥99.95%–99.995% for 0.3μm particles.

A: Unnecessary for versions equipped with O-rings; conical thread designs without O-rings may require sealant. Follow the specifications in the equipment manual to avoid contamination of the filtration system by sealant. If sealant is mandatory, select inert thread sealant.
