Description:
Flanged antistatic filter cartridges are fitted with flanged plates on end caps. They are clamped against the flange face of the equipment filter chamber by bolts or clamps, with sealing gaskets sandwiched in between to form airtight connections. Boasting superior sealing reliability, this interface type is suitable for large-size and high-air-pressure filtration systems, widely used for mid-generation SLM 280, custom large-format equipment and centralized exhaust systems.
The filter media receives antistatic treatment with surface resistance ≤10⁹Ω. Complying with EN 1822 standard, it covers F9–H14 filtration grades and achieves ≥99.95% capture efficiency for 0.3μm particles with initial resistance ≤250Pa. Flat gaskets or O-ring grooves are available for flange sealing to match different equipment design requirements.

Outer stainless steel mesh protective layer: An external stainless steel mesh rapidly dissipates accumulated static electricity to prevent spontaneous combustion caused by static buildup during filter replacement. It also shields the filter media and enhances cartridge rigidity and service life.
Optional high-temperature & corrosion-resistant configuration: An all-stainless steel structure lined with PTFE membrane is optional, applicable to high-temperature processes such as EBM and corrosive gas environments.

Q2: Are there specified tightening torques for flange bolts?
A: Yes. Tighten bolts diagonally and evenly to the torque value specified in the equipment manual to avoid damaged gaskets or deformed flanges caused by uneven clamping. A torque wrench is generally recommended for operation.
Q3: What differential pressure can this filter cartridge withstand?
A: The standard version supports differential pressure up to 0.5MPa, while the heavy-duty reinforced version can reach 1.0MPa. Operation within the equipment’s recommended differential pressure range is advised, as excessive pressure may damage the filter cartridge.
