Description:
Tie rod antistatic filter cartridges are designed with a central through hole for tie rod installation. During assembly, the tie rod penetrates the filter cartridge, and nuts or quick-release handles compress the end caps to fix the cartridge inside the filter chamber. This interface features compact structure and adjustable clamping force, widely applied to upgraded SLM 280 machines and various custom filtration equipment.

The filter media is treated with flame-retardant and antistatic composite treatment, with surface resistance ≤10⁹Ω to meet explosion-proof safety standards. Compliant with EN 1822 standard, it reaches H13-H14 filtration grades with ≥99.95%–99.995% capture efficiency for 0.3μm particles and initial resistance ≤220Pa. The tie rod compression structure delivers stable installation and effectively prevents gas bypass leakage.
